Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund of Tariff Amount if cancellation made 7 days prior to Check In Time
- Rooms cancelled before 3 days of Check In Time will be refunded 50%
- No Refund if Rooms cancelled within 3 days of Check In Time
- Check In Time is 11 am and Check Out Time is 10 am
- All Refunds are only for the Tariff amounts excluding the Taxes or Government Fees or Platform or convenience fees charged
- Discounted bookings are not refundable
- Any Rebooking or Alternate booking is subject to availability
- Failure to showup or arrive will be considered as No-Show and no refund will be provided
- No Discounts or refund if guest does not avail any amenities or benefits listed.
